We offer international shipping to most countries. Charges will be calculated on each individual order. Customer is responsible for any additional local customs, duty taxes or tariffs imposed by the country of destination on international orders.

2CO New Fraud Detection Program Upgrade
As a part of 2Checkout.com's (2CO) continuing commitment to increased credit card and consumer identity security, 2CO announced the new upgrade to its Fraud Detection Program on 18th August 2005.
The fraud detection upgrade means that customers can shop with more confidence. According to this new upgrade, all orders made by a customer are subjected to an automated fraud screening routine. This routine automatically examines each and every order placed. Suspect orders are manually reviewed by a trained member of 2CO fraud prevention team. Orders that are proven and determined to be fraudulent are cancelled. Orders that are not obviously fraudulent but are suspect are put in an "On Hold" status and are reviewed further. Accordingly, vendors should refrain from shipping any sale until they receive a confirmation email from 2CO that indicates a sale has been reviewed and it has a status of PASSED (fraud-free). Shipping Time
If you are ordering by credit card or online check: once your order is examined and then processed by our online processor (online credit card processing usually takes 48-72 hours), your order is usually shipped insured within 3-4 business days from the date your order is processed (unless otherwise specified for particular products). This applies to all in-stock stuff orders. If we are temporarily out of an item, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. You will be able to choose and decide either we replace the out-of-stock items with others in stock and of equivalent value or simply refund you the amount of money you paid for those particular items.
If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST email us within no more than 48 hours from the date your order was placed (before it is processed). Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being processed by our online payment processor (2CheckOut) nor after being shipped.
If you are in a hurry or on a tight schedule, kindly notify us preferably before placing an order or at least once you have placed your order so as we can calculate the exact time needed for your order to be delivered to you (including credit card processing time, order preparing time, shipping time,.....etc.) and if we have become sure that we won't be able to deliver your order by the time you specified, we will refund you 100% of your order within 48 hours of being placed.
EgyptianJewelryShop.com DOES NOT ship on Fridays as businesses are closed in Egypt. When your order is shipped we will give you a tracking number and web page.
Delivery Information
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. In most cases, once your order is shipped you should receive it within 3-4 business days if express shipping is selected via either of DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, OCS, or ARAMEX. If EMS regular shipping is selected, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. (There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the USA or Europe). Due to the heightened security measures have been taken throughout the world, there will be times due to these procedures that you will not receive your merchandise within the 3-5 business days. This is beyond our control and our shipper's control - we ask for your patience.
Therefore, kindly allow upto 7 business days for delivery (US addresses) or 10 business days for delivery (non-US addresses). If you did not receive your order within a maximum of 10 business days from the date your order had been processed (US addresses) or 15 business days (non-US addresses), kindly send an e-mail to EgyptianJewelryShop.com: Shipping Inquiry. Please include your order ID in all email inquiries.
We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.
Shipments of Egyptian statues might be subject to a 24-48 hours delay in delivery. According to the law, all shipments that contains statues should be inspected by the Egyptian competent authorities due to the uprising monuments smuggling. This may result in a delay in shipping date and delivery date accordingly.
EgyptianJewelryShop.com is NOT responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
For credit card payments, your shipping address MUST match the cardholder address. In other words, shipment MUST be made to the credit card billing address. We CAN NOT ship to your work address or to your cousin's house. This protects all of us from fraud.
Our credit card processing company uses an address verification system (AVS) - this means we will ONLY ship to the same address that the credit card bill is received. This protects all of us from fraud.
If you absolutely must have the order shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address, then there are 3 choices:
1. Western Union in the funds, or
2. Thomas Cook in the funds, or
3. Send us a check - Please add $5.00 to the final value of merchandise purchased for bank fees. Allow up to 30 days for the check to clear. (We know that is too long, but...).
Returns & Replacement Policy:
EgyptianJewelryShop.com offers 100% Money Back Guarantee within 14 days from receipt of merchandise provided that you abide by the hereinbelow rules and instructions.
General Instructions- The customer MUST notify us with his/her request for replacement or refund within four(4) days from receipt of merchandise.
- There will be NO RETURNS on all personalized and customized items.
- There will be NO RETURNS on all items of media purchased via EgyptianJewelryShop.com and which may be copyable – including, but not limited to, all computer software, operating systems, network and communication systems and drivers, computer games, music CDs, cassette tapes, DVD disks, vinyl records, VHS tapes, videogames, video movies etc.
- There will be NO RETURNS on all items of special specifications that are made for the customer upon his/her request.
- All Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- No restocking fee on exchanges/replacements.
- Shipping charges are not refundable either for returns or replacements.
- EgyptianJewelryShop.com will refund (excluding S&H charges and other applicable fees) ONLY in case of unavailability of a satisfactory replacement of the returned mershandise.
- Returned mershandise that has been marked, altered, or abused are not refundable.
- All fees for postage of all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shipping charges of all replacements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Items sold in assortments CANNOT be replaced individually since they are not sold individually.
- Returned mershandise (whether for refund or replacement) might be subject to rates for customs clearance into Egypt. In this case, the purchaser is responsible to pay for any applicable duty fees, tarrifs and customs clearance.
- All Returned mershandise MUST be sent insured via any door-to-door Express Courier Service with a tracking number. EgyptianJewelryShop.com SHALL NOT be held responsible for any uninsured or lost mershandise.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting sales@egyptianjewelryshop.com for your return authorization.
- A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. This number will be valid for only fourteen (14) days from invoice date.
- Any returned merchandise must be complete and in the original packaging. Absolutely NO RETURNS are accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Any accessories that were originally sent with the merchandise must be enclosed. All documents delivered in or with the original shipment, such as manuals, warranty materials, user instructions, packing slips, advice notes etc, must be enclosed.
- The authorization number must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package it will be refused.
- All returns must include:
- A written explanation;
- A copy of the original invoice that came with the original package, or was sent by other means;
- A copy of the packing slip (delivery note), that came with the original package; and
- A copy of the RMA Return Request Confirmation.
- NO RETURNS are accepted after fourteen (14) days from date of invoice.

Please note that the handcrafted nature of our products will produce minor differences in design, details and measurements. Colors may also vary in shades. Such subtle variations guarantee that each piece is truly unique. For that, EgyptianJewelryShop.com SHALL NOT be held responsible and, therefore, all refund requests due to the above-mentioned variations will be refused.

Returned Merchandise That Earned You A Free Gift
If you decide to return all or part the merchandise that earned you a free gift, you must also return the free gift in saleable condition or you will be charged for its value PLUS the applicable shipping rate and handling fee to your destination.
Obviously, we cannot afford to have customers ordering items in order to get a free gift, then return the items and keep the gift! We RARELY have orders returned, and our customers are extremely satisfied with their orders. The above conditions are included only as a deterrent to those who would abuse or defraud our FREE GIFT program.
Exchanging Merchandise
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
- Merchandise was ordered more than 14 days ago.
- Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
- Merchandise is used, altered or not in a resalable condition.
- Merchandise is lost or damaged during it is shipped back to EgyptianJewelryShop.com.
All postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All exchanges must be preauthorized. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting sales@egyptianjewelryshop.com
Claims For Damaged Or Missing Merchandise
Claims for damaged or missing merchandise is available upon time of delivery with courier only. We WILL NOT be liable if you do not inspect your items upon time of delivery. Selected courier will not validate unwarranted claims after your order has been delivered.
Before you sign any documentation at delivery, ensure that none of the merchandise is damaged or missing. EgyptianJewelryShop.com is NOT responsible for missing or damaged items once the delivery documents are signed. Any shortages or missing items SHOULD be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Shortages and visibly damaged boxes/items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If missing or damaged merchandise is not reported to the carrier at the time of delivery, all responsiblity for said merchandise falls upon the customer.
- Missing Merchandise:
If the merchandise that earned you a free gift was missing while the free gift was delivered, EgyptianJewelryShop.com will refund you the amount of money you paid for the lost merchandise LESS the free gift's value ONLY in case that no replacement is available in stock.
- Damaged Merchandise:
We adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition. However, sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is that the products may have been damaged in the shipping process.
The receiver of the package MUST inspect the package thoroughly prior to the delivery carrier leaving and before signing the documentation. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. The carrier will confirm breakage and then you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. If damage is not reported to the carrier, then there can be no claim of damage.
kindly send us photographs of the damaged products, together with your contact details, within 2 days from date of delivery in order that we may assess the damages. You may have it replaced with an item of equal value or refunded. Please no computer graphics. Just a simple camera shot. Refunds/ replacements would be cancelled if graphic works were detected. We cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Item must be returned insured and in excellent condition, with original display box and all paperwork included.
